Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta
- 12 oz cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen) - 1 lb sirloin steak or flank steak, thinly sliced - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 bell pepper (green or red), thinly sliced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 cup beef broth - 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

🥘 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 🔸 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔸 Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. 🔸 Add refried beans and taco seasoning; blend well. 🔸 Stir in 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, and green chilies. 🔸 Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly. 🔸 Top with remaining Mexican blend cheese. 🔸 Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. 🔸 Cool slightly before serving with toppings.
