Dorms

I plan to purchase more land to build dorms for individuals experiencing homelessness. I will use 40 ft. recycled shipping containers. I may be able to get a 501 C3 status to offset the cost. I can also help provide used cars from the Villa autoshop. I know what it is like to be a single mom with no home and no vehicle.

There will be 2 dorm buildings, 2-stories tall with 4 units each. Each room will have 2 armoires, a small snack refrigerator, a microwave, and a snack cabinet. There will be a common area for showers and toilets on each floor. The Kitchen commons will have sofas, stoves, pantry, and walk-ins for food storage/ refrigeration.
There will be two bunk beds per room, storage units on site, a kitchen with recreation area, and offices for a case manager, nurse, and/or drug counselors.
