SDF reports 59 casualties among Turkey’s SNA factions in Syria’s Manbij
MANBIJ, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on Sunday that 59 militants of the Turkey-backed armed factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), were killed or injured in clashes in the eastern countryside of Manbij, northern Syria.
In an official statement, the SDF reported that fighting between Friday evening and Saturday resulted in 23 killings and 36 injuries among the Ankara-affiliated SNA factions.
The SDF confirmed the loss of three of its fighters during the confrontations over the past two days in the eastern countryside of Manbij.
Earlier today, the SDF mourned seven of its fighters who were killed in attacks launched by the SNA in the vicinity of Tishrin Dam.
