Here are 5 effective band exercises to get you started: Thumb Extension: Wrap a band around your thumb and pull it back against resistance. Great for thumb strength! Finger Extension: Place a band around your fingers and extend them outward. This strengthens the finger muscles. Abductor Pollicis Brevis: Tie a band around your thumb and move it away from your fingers to build strength.
