The impact on the buttocks, inner and outer thighs varies depending on: foot position and execution technique. Here's a brief description of the differences:  1️⃣Glutes: The glutes are intense especially in the lift phase. Longer positions, such as sumo squats, increase glute activation.  2️⃣Inner Thighs (Adductors): Adductors, located on the inner part of the thigh, are less required in standard squats. Wider leg positions or sumo squats can intensify their activation.  3️⃣Outer Thighs (Abductors): The muscles on the outer thighs help stabilize the hips and legs.
