Ingredients: - 1 egg - 1/3 cup cottage cheese - 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose) - 1 serving sugar-free chocolate chips - Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter How to Make It: 1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter and chocolate chips. 2. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and stir in the chocolate chips. 3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. 4. Drizzle peanut butter on top and enjoy!

RECIPE: Makes 5 cups • INGREDIENTS: • 3 Tbsp butter • 2 tsp minced garlic • 1 Tbsp tomato paste • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced • 1 pint of sliced mushrooms • 1 cup of grape tomatoes, halved • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup of shredded Parmesan, divided • 1.5 cups fresh baby spinach Chopped basil STEPS: • 1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and garlic. • 2. Stir in the tomato paste. • 3. Add the sausage and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for a few minutes. • 4. Stir in the salt, pepper, heavy cream and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan. •
