Okay here it is: preheat oven to 425. in a large pot cook together 1 chicken breast, cut up, 1 bag of frozen carrots & peas ,add 1 -32oz of chicken broth. Cover and boil for 15 min. In meantime roll out pie dough ( i buy the 2pack in the box) I also bake the bottom layer for 7 min to get it cooked so it don't get soggy. Prick bottom. Remove chicken from heat and drain into a 2 cup or larger measuring cup. (You will need 1 3/4 cup of broth). Set chicken mix aside. In a saucepan over med heat cook onions in 1/3 c butter, stir in 1/3 c flour ,salt and pepper. Slowly stir in 2/3 c milk and reserved broth. Simmer over med heat till thick. Then add to chicken mix. Pour mix into pie crust then unroll 2 pie dough put slights on top then lay over and pinch sides. Bake 25-30 min then let rest 10 min.
