Tasty on Instagram: "Crab Cakes on deck, ‘tis the season to snack! 🦀🎉 1 egg 1/4c mayonnaise 1tbs lemon juice 1 heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard 1tbs worcestershire sauce Splash of tabasco 1tbs finely chopped parsley 1tbs old bay 1/4tsp garlic powder 1lb lump crabmeat 1/2 sleeve ritz crackers Mix together your wet ingredients plus parsley, old bay, and garlic powder until fully combined. Gently fold in your crabmeat and crushed crackers. Do not overmix. Once done, separate into large balls, and top each ball with about 1/2 tbs butter and bake @450° for 12-15 broiling for the last two until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce and enjoy!"
