We're going to make some squiggly lines. I made the squiggly lines all the way down the page and I even went right to left sometimes and that really makes you concentrate. Watercolor paints. Pick a color and start making vertical lines between the lines. Your painting lines can look like anything. Just keep it between the squiggles. Now, we do the next line. You can pick a different color. You can stay with the same color. There are no rules here. The thing that's great about this kind of art is that if you can just focus on the lines, you won't be focused on all the other things that are in your head. Like that you have to go get your oil changed and it's going to be awkward. Or that you said something that you feel weird about now. All that other stuff can go away. Just focus on the lines.
