Mary Jane Saunders is a former American child actress. She began her film career at age five when she starred in Sorrowful Jones (1949), a remake of Little Miss Marker. She later landed a major role in A Woman of Distinction (1950), playing alongside Rosalind Russell, Ray Milland and Edmund Gwenn. Mary was also cast in two more good romantic comedies, Father is a Bachelor (1950) and The Girl Next Door (1953), both of which had her working with fellow child actor Billy Gray.
