Amelia Steele | Dog Training & Behaviour on Instagram: "I’m not gonna lie, I don’t love fetch and here why!! Firstly the constant repetition of sprinting back and forth isn’t great for dog’s joints. Every now and again is totally fine but when it becomes your dog’s only form of exercise, it can be a lot of impact on their joints and can do damage in the long run. Secondly, fetch is a very high adrenaline activity. Adrenaline in dogs takes 5 days to metabolise so when walks become consistently high energy, their baseline of adrenaline can increase and lead to worse overall behaviour throughout your dogs day. Instead of fetch, I like to encourage activities that engage the brain and help build a relationship between you and your dog. I currently have a whole engagement games course av

Goldendoodle | Dog Mom Lifestyle Tips on Instagram: "Air-fried chickpeas?!😍 This is an easy dog treat you can make in the air fryer. Took only 15 minutes to make them! Make sure you grab a can of plain chickpeas with no seasoning. Then you’ll want to wash them thoroughly to get rid of any sodium. For storage I put them in an air tight container in the fridge. If the chickpeas lose their crunch just pop them in the air fryer again. #dogtreats #dogtreatrecipe #airfryer"
