Audrey Mirabella Roloff on Instagram: "You guys are always asking how we make our cream eggs and it’s really this simple! 1. Get iron skillet really hot 2. Pour in heavy whipping cream and turn heat all the way low 3. Crack your eggs immediately into the cream 4. Sprinkle with flakey salt and pepper and cover with a lid 5. Let cool for 5-7 minutes depending on how you like your yolks 6. Use spatula to serve! We have this for a nutrient dense breakfast 5 days week (usually with sourdough😋) and our whole family loves them! They are like the perfect creamy poached eggs🙌🏻 Who’s gonna try making them this week?🤗🙋🏼‍♀️"

Whitney McGee on Instagram: "Easy enough for a weekday, impressive enough for the weekend. I got this recipe years and years ago from my mother-in-law. It is one of our absolute favorites. You can use any fruit you want, fresh or frozen. Our favorites have been apple, peach and blueberry. ✨ Puff Pancake ✨ Ingredients: 7 eggs 1 1/2 c milk (nut milk works too) 1 c flour 3 T sugar 1 t vanilla 1/2 t salt 1/4 t cinnamon 1/4 lb butter 1 cup fruit (or 2 apples) Directions: * preheat oven to 425. * Melt butter in a 13 x 9 glass dish in the oven. Once melted, while pan is still in the oven, add the fruit until butter starts sizzling again * While your fruit is softening and butter, melting, mix up the remaining ingredients using an immersion blender. * Poor batter over fruit. Bake in the ove
