Makes 2 servings  4 medium eggs 4 oz alaskan smoked sockeye salmon 1 oz fat cream cheese 1/4 large avocado, cut into 4 slices 1-2 scallion, use green parts About 1/4 English cucumber, cut into sticks Black sesame seeds (optional) Cooking oil  Salt Optional: Kewpie Mayo Sriracha  coconut aminos  1. To a skillet on medium-low heat, add about 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Beat two eggs and pour into the skillet. Move skillet around to make a crêpe out of the eggs. Sprinkle a little of the black sesame seeds(optional) and season with a pinch of salt.
