What do you need? - Organic and hexane-free castor oil - Wool or flannel cloth (large enough to cover your abdomen) - Heating pad or hot water bottle (optional) Instructions: 1.Fold the wool or flannel cloth into a size that fits over your abdomen and liver area. Pour a generous amount of castor oil onto the cloth until it is saturated but not dripping. 2.
