You may have seen my story from the other day about this antique dresser. It had a ton of damage to the top and needed lots of work. So, I did my thing and posted the result, but I just couldn’t shake the nagging feeling that something was off. Was it the paint color, the new knobs, the stain? Something wasn’t working for me. I ended up stripping the dresser top and top drawer and staining both in a much lighter antique walnut. Now it’s working for me!
