This bodice back design was inspired by zentangle art. It's a spiral where each section is filled with lines. I simply added a pleat at each line. The initial pattern is easy: draw the spiral onto your bodice pattern and add in the lines. Name each spiral section and number the smaller sections inside the larger ones.
