Taking the next few days to rest + restore my aching body. Today I aim to do nothing but read my book, tomorrow is the @hhhexpo , tomorrow night is a delicious restorative yoga + yoga nidra class at @liveinjoyyogaandwellness , and Monday is another restorative yoga class.
