wash and slice cucumber. season with salt and let it sit in the fridge for 30min. mix chili onion crunch w/ splash of rice vinegar, pinch of sugar, and some sesame oil. drain cucumbers and mix with the sauce. i don’t have any measurements for the ingredients i added as i pretty much cook by taste. made with Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
