Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough
6 oz thinly sliced salami
6 oz thinly sliced ham
6 oz provolone cheese
½ cup marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12x14-inch rectangle.
Layer salami, ham, and provolone cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the fillings.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams and ends to seal.
Place on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
