• 3 Carrots, sliced lengthwise and cut into 3/4-inch pieces (about 2 1/4 cups), medium

• 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic
• 1/2 cup Parsley, fresh
• 1 1/2 cups Peas, cooked
• 2 Portabella mushrooms, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (about 4 cups), medium
• 2 tsp Rosemary, fresh
• 1 1/2 Yellow or white onions, large
