French Toast
Ingredients:
4 slices thick bread (like brioche)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon (optional)
Butter (for frying)
Maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip bread slices into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides.
