Thursdays make me so happy because they’re my sourdough posting days 😊 I just made these sourdough discard cheese crackers that @hillsidehighland made (she has a gluten-free option) with some modifications. Here’s my take on them: • 3/4 c or 200g sourdough discard • 1 1/2 c or 180g @kingarthurbaking unbleached all purpose flour • 1/4 - 1 c shredded mild cheddar cheese • 8 tbsp or 113g melted butter • 1 tsp fine sea salt • Mix all ingredients into a bowl, then cover, and let rest in the...
