Tandoori chicken is one of my favorite Indian dishes. It's so flavorful and tender and it's the star in these bowls.
Ingredients
Meat
• 4 Chicken breasts, large boneless and skinless
• 1 Tandoori chicken skewers
Produce
• 1 cup Cilantro, packed leaves
• 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
• 4 Garlic clove
• 1 tbsp Ginger
• 1 Lime
• 1/4 cup Mint, leaves
• 1/2 Red onion
Canned Goods
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
• 3 cups Water or broth
Condiments
• 1 Cilantro chutney, Spicy
• 3 tbsp Lime juice
Pasta & Grains
• 1 Cumin-turmeric rice
• 1 1/2 cups White rice, long grain
Baking & Spices
• 1 tbsp Curry powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 3 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Pepper, ground
• 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Neutral oil
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 2 tsp Cumin, ground
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Dairy
• 1 1/2 cups 2% fat greek yogurt, fat
Other
• 12 Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
