The New England Colonial is FreeGreen’s first showcase home. As you can see by the photos below this home was built by one of our customers in Massachusetts.
This colonial design is the perfect mix of classic styling and modern interior spaces and features. The main level floor plan mixes a formal dining and living room with a modern open great space that covers the kitchen and family room. There are also nice features like a dining nook off the kitchen, a butler's pantry with large walk-in pantry, a spacious mud room with room for kids' lockers, and a cozy office tucked away in a quiet spot of the house.
This second level is anchored by a wonderful master suite which includes two walk-in closets, a separate office/sitting room, and a spacious master bath. The laundry room is conveniently located down the hall and the rest of the second level features a small loft and 3 bedrooms for children or guests.
