The steel frame is constructed from a 50 x 40 mm/131⁄32″ x 137⁄64″ profile with a thickness of 2mm/05⁄64″ and boasts a durable matte powder-coated finish. This bench facilitates a wide range of exercises, including abdominal workouts, barbell presses, and dumbbell exercises. Available in black and white, the BenchK B1 bench is fully compatible with all BenchK wall bars. Screws for installation are not included.
