This is an incredible piece of wearable art in the form of a Victorian mantel made of heavy black velvet adorned with braid and heavy embroidery designs of what look like lily of valley with leaves. It has fringe all the way around, a high collar measuring 17” in diameter and is lined with black silk. The front lappets are 45” long from shoulder to hems and the back is 30” long.
