INGREDIENTS Moringaleaves - 1 and 1/2 cup Toordal - 1/2 cup Onion - 1 Green chilli - 4 Tomato - 2 Garlic - 6 Turmeric - 1/2tsp Water for cooker - 1and 1/2 glass (Tempering) Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1tsp Cuminseeds - 1 tsp Hing(asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - 6 to 10 Dry red chilli - 4 Salt - 1 tsp Water if needed Method ▪️Into cooker add Washed toordal, onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic,turmeric, water and cook fir 4-5 whistles ▪️Now into a kadai for tempering add oil, mustardseeds, Cuminseeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry Redchilli and saute ▪️Add washed moringa leaves and saute until leaves shrinks ▪️Now add cooked dal and bring it to boil ▪️Now mash both dal and moringa leaves ▪️Serve hot
