We found that my toddler was very emotional in the morning, so we started offering a snack between waking up and breakfast, and it turned our entire morning around. The key is to give them a snack with a little bit of protein, fats and carbs. This can help keep their blood sugar steady until breakfast. This is an easy way for your toddler to have a nourishing snack that they love and is easy for you to make. Ingredients: -1/2 cup melted coconut oil or butter -1/3 cup maple syrup -1/2 cup peanut butter -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 cup plain cottage cheese -1/4 cup Greek yogurt -2 eggs -1.5 cups flour -1 tsp baking soda -1/4 tsp

Here’s how you do it: 1 lb breakfast sausage 1 bag shredded hashbrowns or 7 hash brown patties 9 eggs salt and pepper 1/2 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheese Any veggies you want to add! (Peppers and onions are really good!) 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Grease a 9x13 pyrex. 3. Add hash browns to the bottom of the pan and cook for 15 minutes. (If I’m using shredded hash browns, I’ll add a little olive oil to the bottom of the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.) 4. Cook sausage in a pan, crumbling it as it cooks. 5.
