INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 2 chicken breasts
 ▪️ 2 large carrots
 ▪️ 1/4 onion
 ▪️ Salt and pepper to taste
 ▪️ Breadcrumbs or panko
 ▪️ 1 tbsp olive oil
⏳ Time: 15 min | 🔥 Air fryer: 200°C (390°F)
1️⃣ Blend the chicken, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper until smooth.
 2️⃣ Shape into nuggets, coat with breadcrumbs or panko, and brush with olive oil.
 3️⃣ Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 4️⃣ That’s it! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and super easy to make.
