Life in the city-state of Piscea. Crumbling brutalist architecture with a clean and cold atmosphere drawn from a massive East Asian population that has amalgamated the culture of the European Settlers and Native Tribes. The city lies nested in a constant flux between perpetual Autumn and Winter. Due to the city-state’s geographic isolation by a mountain range coupled with the era's geopolitics, its technology level stagnated around the early 2000s, with no trace of the modern internet in sight. A corporate bureaucracy rules with an iron fist as is how most of the world has ended up in this era. In the current era, the city itself lies half abandoned and crumbling. The population slowly receding into the past. Still, the corporate power marches on in their cold, clinical, labs and offices. The lack of vegetation comes from the cold climate.
