The April 1965 issue is the earliest issue for which we can find a filed issue renewal. There is a copyright notice (without a year) on the contents page of that issue. Similar copyright notices appear on the January 1965 and October 1964 issues, so those would automatically renew if valid. Spot-checks of earlier 1964 issues have not turned up copyright notices.
