Proceedings of the Annual Session, Central New York Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church was the official annual record of the Central New York Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The title varied somewhat over time.
The Central New York Conference was formed in 1868 from portions of the Oneida Conference and Black River Methodist conferences. The conference's main present-day successor is the Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Church.
