Official Minutes of the Genesee Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church was the official annual record of the Genesee Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The title varied somewhat over time.
The Genesee Conference was founded in New York state in 1810. The Oneida Conference split off in 1828, and the East Geneseee Conference split off in 1848. The conference was renamed the Western New York Conference in a 1872 conference reorganization, but reverted to being called the Genesee Conference in 1877. The conference's main present-day successor is the Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Church.
