Journal and Records of the Illinois Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church was the official annual record of the Illinois Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The title varied somewhat over time.
The Illinois Conference appears to have covered south central Illinois for much of its lifetime. Based on the volume numbering, it appears to have begun in the 1820s. It and its parent church went through a series of mergers and reorganizations in the 20th century. The main present-day Methodist conference covering its area is the Illinois Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church.
