Monumenta Germaniae Historica: Constitutiones et Acta Publica Imperatorum et Regum (sometimes instead subtitled Poetarum Latinorum Medii Aevi) is a series of edited texts and commentaries related to medieval Germanic law. It is a subseries of the overall Monumenta Germaniae Historica (MGH) series.
Publication History
The first volume of Monumenta Germaniae Historica: Constitutiones et Acta Publica Imperatorum et Regum was published in 1893. As of mid-2024, 14 volumes have been published in whole or in part, covering sources dating from the years 911 through 1365. The most recent fascicles were published in 2020, and other fascicles are in preparation. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details)

- 1904-1096: The Internet Archive has volume 3, covering 1273-1298, edited by Jacob Schwalm.
- 1906: The Internet Archive has volume 4, part 1, covering 1298-1313 in part, edited by Jacob Schwalm.
- 1909-1911: The Internet Archive has volume 4, part 2, covering 1298-1313 in part, edited by Jacob Schwalm.
- 1909-1913: The Internet Archive has volume 5, covering 1313-1324, edited by Jacob Schwalm.
- 1914-1927: The Internet Archive has volume 6, part 1, covering 1325-1330 in part, edited by Jacob Schwalm. (Part 2 was published much later, and is still under copyright. Volume 7 is also under copyright, with parts published beginning in the 21st century.)
- 1910-1926: The Internet Archive has volume 8, covering 1345-1348, edited by Karl Zeumer and Richard Salomon. (Subsequent volumes have been published much later.)
