The Military Engineer is the official journal of the Society of American Military Engineers.
The Military Engineer began publishing under that title in 1920, succeeding and continuing the issue numbering of the US Army Corps of Engineers' Professional Memoirs. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is January-February 1929 (v. 21 no. 115). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It is still published today.
