Mineralogical Abstracts was a quarterly journal publishing abstracts of mineraological scientific reports from various venues. It was published initially by the Mineralogical Society of Great Britain, and later also by the Mineralogical Society of America. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

Mineralogical Abstracts began in 1920. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It ran until 2003. It was then succeeded by the database MINABS Online, which has abstracts of papers published between 1982 and 2008.

• 1920-1928: HathiTrust has volumes 1-3 freely readable online. Access may be restricted outside the United States. Some later issues are available for search only.
