The Miners' Express was a newspaper published in Dubuque, Iowa.

Publication History

The Miners' Express began as a weekly newspaper in 1841. In 1845, it was renamed Weekly Miners' Express. In 1849, the title was changed back to The Miners' Express. A daily edition began in 1851 as the Miners' Daily Express (renamed the Daily Miners' Express in 1852). All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. In 1854, The Miners' Express merged with the Dubuque Weekly Herald to form the Weekly Express and Herald.
