National Note-Book was an American periodical published by the National Association of Teachers in Colored Schools in the early 20th century.
National Note-Book began in 1919, and appears to have run until 1921. Later issues are titled National Note-Book Quarterly. It appears to have been succeeded by the National Association of Teachers in Colored Schools Bulletin.
