Publication History

Newfoundland's Assembly first met in 1833, and published a journal from that year forward. The third Assembly's journals, from 1843-1846, were published as the Journal of the General Assembly. Newfoundland suspended self-government in 1933, and joined Canada in 1949, at which point a new Assembly was created.
