Nova Acta, Academiae Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae Germanicae Naturae Curiosorum

Nova Acta, Academiae Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae Germanicae Naturae Curiosorum was the Latin title of a scientific journal published in the 19th and early 20th century by what is now the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina (Leopoldina Nationale Akademie der Wissenschaften).

Publication History

Nova Acta, Academiae Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae Germanicae Naturae Curiosorum began publishing under that title in 1873, succeeding the Academy's Novorum Actorum and continuing its issue numbering. It ran until 1928, and was then succeeded by Nova Acta Leopoldina. Four specialized descendants of Nova Acta Leopoldina continue to publish today.
