Official Congressional Directory, also known simply as the Congressional Directory, is the official directory of the United States Congress. The title has varied somewhat over time. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

While unofficial Congressional directories have been published since the first Congress in 1789, the first directory to be sponsored by Congress itself was published in 1847 for the 30th Congress. The first to include biographies of legislators was published in 1867. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It is still published today.
