The Oil Trade

The Oil Trade was the name of an American petroleum trade publication in the mid-1920s.

Publication History

The Oil Trade began in 1924 as the merger of The Oil Trade Journal and Oil News. The September 1924 issue was published as Volume 1, number 1, but it shortly reverted to following the volume numbering of its predecessor. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. (More details) It ran until 1927, when it merged with Fuel Oil for Heat and Power to become Fuel Oil and Temperature journal. The current successor to this journal, after some other mergers and renamings, is published as Indoor Comfort Marketing.
