Atlas of Tumor Pathology was a series of publications started by the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, DC.

Publication History

The Atlas of Tumor Pathology was first conceived of in 1947, and fascicles started to be published in the late 1940s. They were not always published in the order in which they were numbered. The first series had 40 fascicles in 12 sections, at least one of which had a later supplement published. A second series published 28 fascicles from 1967 to the 1990s. A third series published 32 fascicles starting in 1991. The fourth series, the last published under this title, published 30 fascicles from 2004 to 2020. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) A fifth series is now being published under the title Atlas of Tumor and Non-Tumor Pathology.
