Abbott's Digest of All the New York Reports

Abbott's Digest of All the New York Reports was a law reporter digest begun by Austin Abbott and published in the late 19th and early 20th century.

Publication History

Abbott appears to have begun his digests in the 1880s, covering New York statutes and court decisions back to the 18th century. Others carried on his digests after he died, and the first volume titled Abbott's Digest of All the New York Reports appears to be dated 1913. The first copyright-renewed issue is 1928, © February 9, 1929. We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) The last volume we know of under this title is dated 1929, but some digests with similar names were published later.
