Publication History

Ainslee's began in 1898, succeeding the Yellow Book (originally the Yellow Kid) magazine. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. (More details) Ainslee's ran until 1926, when it was absorbed into Far West Illustrated magazine. Ainslee's was later revived for a time in the mid-1930s (being known as "Ainslee's Smart Love Stories" for part of that period).
