Publication History

The Alaska Daily Empire began in 1912. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It became the Daily Alaska Empire in 1926. The paper then called itself the Juneau Alaska Empire from 1964 through 1968, before switching to the Southeast Alaska Empire until 1980. The paper then changed its name to the Juneau Empire, as it remains today.
