Alaska Reports

Alaska Reports was a law reporter from West Publishing for cases argued in the district courts of the Alaska Territory, as well as cases from higher courts that arose in Alaska.

Publication History

The first volume of Alaska Reports was published in 1903, and covered cases from 1884 to 1902. The first copyright-renewed issue is v. 8, © December 28, 1936. We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) The last volume was published in 1959. Later cases involving Alaska (which had by then become a state) were published in the Pacific Reporter. Dates in the listings below refer to the dates of coverage, which may precede the dates of publication.
