The Alpena Argus was a newspaper published in Alpena, Michigan.
Alpena Argus began in 1871 as the Alpena Weekly Argus. Its name shortened to Alpena Argus in 1893. In 1909 it merged with the Alpena Pioneer to form the Alpena Argus-Pioneer, which ran until about 1918.
