American Gas Journal began in 1921, succeeding the American Gas Light Journal and continuing its volume numbering. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It ran until 1970, when it merged with Pipeline Engineer International to form Pipeline and Gas Journal, which continues to publish today.
